Add input checking

### Description of feature

We need to ensure the consistency of inputs- that sets of feature and sample annotation are consistent with supplied matrices and contrast definitions. 

There is the QBiC scripts, or I have a feature/ observation matrix checking module in implementation at https://github.com/nf-core/modules/pull/2392.
