Configure [tool.uv.sources] with pytorch-cpu index to avoid ~6GB CUDA dependencies in Docker images. The previous regex matched all lines starting with `name = "..."`, which incorrectly renamed the UV index `pytorch-cpu` to `langflow-nightly` during nightly builds.
