It is possible to update both packages at the same time despite the dependency, or it is required to first PR and publish hei-synd-thesis:0.4.0 before creating a PR for hei-synd-report:0.3.0?

The permalink warning are for two files I would like to point to the latest version.

Updating both at the same time is possible, and more convenient, as we can review and merge everything in one go :) Regarding the permalink warnings, it makes sense to keep those as they are, no problem.
