Add (better) hinting for small font-sizes

Just as a test, I decided to make my editor font slightly smaller than what I'm used to.

As you can see, the !== ligature is misaligned, and the || has a slightly blurred left-hand line. Both these (and other similar) issues could be solved with hinting.

I'm suffering from this issue. Especially === and !== look very bad because the middle line is a bit too high. I really really love the font, but this bugs me everytime i see it.

I'm using PhpStorm 2016.2 with 12pt on 1920x1080 and Windows 10 (if that matters).

This happens to all fonts at certain sizes, I find that FiraCode works great at 12px and it's also comfortable for me to type with.

12px is darn small! I think my editor is at 12pt (which translates to 16px at 96dpi pixel density) but is also zoomed in a step or two.

So it's 20px-ish for me 😃
