Smiles symbols

Maybe it is mostly Fira-Mono issue, but anyway: FiraCode has happy smile symbol (☺) and "black" version of it, but lacks sad smile symbol (☹).

Ok, I think I can fix that in Fira Code, but please open the same issue on Fira Mono page as well
