On IRL#17 we decided that part-time Niteans should not get the 1.3x bonus multiplier for overtime. The overtime bonus was originally intended to happen just occasionally and be a bit painful for the company so it is discouraged except when really necessary. However, for part-time Niteans, the overtime happens quite often due to the nature of their workload, which fluctuates across months and there is not much we can do about it.
