What's wrong?

My ROG Harpe Ace Aim Lab Edition mouse is being incorrectly identified as the "Harpe Ace Mini" when connected via the 2.4GHz OMNI receiver.

Because of this incorrect mapping, the profile changes to the Mini version: the max DPI slider incorrectly extends to 42000 (instead of 36000), and several advanced performance tuning options (such as Button Response, Acceleration, and Deceleration) are completely missing from the UI. When connected via a wired USB connection, it is correctly identified as the Aim Lab Edition, and all specific settings are available.

How to reproduce the bug?

  1. Unplug the USB cable from the ROG Harpe Ace Aim Lab Edition mouse.
  2. Connect the mouse to the laptop using the 2.4GHz OMNI Receiver.
  3. Open G-Helper.
  4. Select the mouse settings. Observe that the name shows "Harpe Ace Mini (OMNI)", the DPI limit is wrong, and advanced settings are hidden.
  5. Connect the mouse via USB cable, and observe that the UI correctly switches to "ROG Harpe Ace Aim Lab Edition (Wired)" with all settings restored.
