Add commands for the advanced copy API

Once pulp/pulp_deb#381 is released, we should add some CLI support for the new feature.

Are those commands coming anytime? there is also a lack of an example of how to do the copy feature to move between Debian repositories with httpie as well.

I would say the feature is still very EXPERIMENTAL (https://docs.pulpproject.org/pulp_deb/feature_overview.html#advanced-copy-experimental).

As I recently found a serious bug in the one part of it that was meant to work, I would say it is currently unusable. This will be fixed with the next release, but we probably won't be adding pulp CLI support until the feature is fully out of tech preview.
