Please cut a new release — v0.0.19 is months out of date

The latest release on PyPI and Docker Hub is v0.0.19 (2025-10-14), but main has accumulated a number of meaningful improvements that users can only get by building from source.

Notable unreleased changes include:

• OAuth support for Streamable HTTP servers
• disabled_tools configuration option
• Adjustable log level at runtime
• Hot reload lifespan tracking fix
• Config watcher symlink fix
• Reconnection handling for anyio.ClosedResourceError — fixes the permanent HTTP 500 loop reported in issue: anyio.ClosedResourceError for connecting streamable_http MCP server #240, where a dropped MCP session is never recovered

Could the maintainers please cut a v0.0.20 release from the current main?
