Enable support for n3iwf-id #225
Description
Currently, sctplb only supports gnb-id. The idea would be to enable support for the sctplb to also support n3iwf-id. Given that the sctplb is a "client" (https://github.com/omec-project/sctplb/blob/main/client.proto) from the amf perspective, changes might be also required in the amf (https://github.com/omec-project/amf/tree/main/protos)
