Add decompress subworkflows + source_gff -> reference_version

• Recycling FEAT: Uncouple uncompress and prepare genome rnaseq#1076 and added gunzip possibilities for fasta, gff, gtf
• Renamed source_gff as we already had reference_version in some assets
