Add #AARRGGBB color mode option

Some libraries, e.g. flet, use RGBA mode as a Literal: '#AARRGGBB'.
The pylance color picker is basically perfectly implemented. For default is uses '#RRGGBBAA'.
It would be awesome if we could set the A mode.
