Extend the Ingress e2e framework to handle more test cases

Use cases:

• Examine if all backends are reached by sending traffic.
• Examine traffic characteristics by continuous sending traffic during backend rolling updates
  • Report the percentage of 500s
  • Report the latency distribution.
