The other day we added @kaguillera as an occasional agent on Freshdesk so he can start managing the vendors@gratipay queue. He is working on jumpstarting our accounting system), and Freshdesk is where all of our receipts show up. Now that he's in charge of monitoring Vendors, I don't really have much reason to login to Freshdesk anymore. Therefore, I think we should give @kaguillera one of the full-time ($19/mo) seats, and I can take an occasional ($2/day) seat.
@kaguillera will also need login access to PNC and New Alliance in order to get work done here, as well as access to the checkbook and credit card for our operations account. Since he is at my house one or two days a week, one option would be to manage that by having him access those accounts while he is at my place.
