I was trying out the "build from source" option again, excluding UI framework using traits: ["NoUIFramework"].
Followed instructions here https://docs.sentry.io/platforms/apple/install/swift-package-manager/

Unable to build:

Unsafe flags are allowed since Swift 6.2, can you help with some more context?

• Are you building with Xcode or CLI?
• Do you have any Package.swift? Which swift tools version is it using (see first lines)?

I can build, after adjust import statements of course.
