Remove the jq dependency by using gojq library

Everything is in the title, I think that it s probably a good idea to use the gojq library to create a pure go project. Even if gojq could be slower than jq it is almost sure that using native go library will be faster than calling external program.

I've up voted the original request.
I've cloned and built a local copy of jiq to use the gojo cli and now my local jiq supports yaml. jiq --yaml-input < sample.yaml or jiq --yaml-input --yaml-output < sample.yaml
