This is intended to address #42. It adds a
--configflag, defaulting to$HOME/.exercism.go. I also changedconfiguration.ToFile,configuration.FromFile, andlogoutto just take paths, instead of taking directories and implicitly looking for.exercism.goinside those directories.Let me know if this looks fine!
