PR Description
This PR updates the README to fix the MCP configuration for OpenCode, which was not working with the previous setup.
Changes
Reason
The previous README configuration caused issues when trying to use GitNexus through MCP in OpenCode.
Specifically, the MCP setup failed unless GitNexus was available globally on the system.
New Requirement
Users must install GitNexus globally:
Then use the updated MCP configuration provided in this PR.
Result
MCP integration with OpenCode works as expected
Setup is clearer and reproducible
