Non-monolithic version of FFT

For a Cortex-M3 target, would it be possible to have a version of arm_cfft_q15 and ifft that takes a maximum time argument, to allow the computation to be non-monolithic or spread over multiple cycles ?

@MecMada It would be a big change in the structure of the FFT and the API may also have to be changed to record where the computation was paused and where it has to be restored.

I label this feature as "future".

If you're using an RTOS, you could also just run this fft in a lower priority task so that if it takes too much time it won't disrupt other processing.
