Feature request: Add search box in some pages

It could be very useful to add a search box in these pages:

• time
• projects
• clients
• members
• tags

We’ve made some modifications in our fork because these are essential for us when dealing with large amounts of data.

One of them is the search functionality on the Clients & Projects pages. It’s pretty straightforward and offers wildcard search on the clients.name attribute.

I can only second enabling search in more places. I often just connected time entries to projects and don't have tasks set up. A quick search for a timed entry would help. Also, which probably should be a separate feature request, getting a way to see timer entries directly on the project's page would be lovely, instead of having to filter on the reports section of solidtime.
